Dear Rotarian Kurtzman:

Congratulations! The RI Board of Directors reviewed your application and has decided to officially recognize the Global Network for Blood Donation, A Rotarian Action Group.

In the interest of keeping the most accurate information on file, please complete the attached Report Form and return it to me by 1 March 2007 . Your group's information will be listed in the 2007-08 Official Directory and in the Global Networking Groups Directory so that Rotarians interested in joining your group will be able to contact you.

On behalf of the various Global Networking Groups, the general secretary regularly collects prospective member inquiry forms from Rotarians around the world. We have added your group to the membership inquiry form that is available for download on the RI Web site and will forward any forms we receive for your group to you or the designated officer of your choice. Please note that your group officers are expected to respond to such inquiries directly.

Your group will be eligible to receive an exhibition booth at the 2007 RI Convention in Salt Lake City , Utah , USA .  We will contact you in a separate message with information on how to apply for booth space.
